1.4 Precious Metals & Spot-Price Adjustments

Some products incorporate silver, gold, brass, copper, or other metals subject to global market fluctuations.

To ensure fair pricing:

  • Prices may adjust automatically to reflect current spot prices.
  • Once your order is placed, your price is locked, even if the market changes later.
  • Large or high-metal-content custom pieces may require price confirmation before production.

1.5 Processing & Production Times

All items are handcrafted. Typical lead times:

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days
  • Made-to-order items: 5–10 business days
  • Custom/personalized items: 7–21 business days
  • Wholesale/bulk orders: Quoted individually

Processing times do not include shipping times.

1.6 Custom Work & Personalized Orders

Custom work may include engraving, monogramming, custom sizing, bespoke jewelry, candle scent formulation, and commissioned design.

Policies:

  • Payment is required upfront.
  • Design mockups (if applicable) must be approved before production.
  • Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.
  • Custom items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Processing Times

Processing time varies per item category as listed in Section 1.5.

3.2 Shipping Methods

We primarily ship via:

  • FedEx

Shipping rates are flat; $8 for Standard Ground (4-7 days), and $15 for Priority Shipping (2-3 days).

3.3 Free Shipping Threshold

Free shipping is available when your cart meets or exceeds $150. Though, there is always the option to pay for expedited shipping if you want your items sooner.

3.4 Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.

3.5 Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for:

  • Return-to-sender fees

If a package returns to us, reshipping costs will be billed to the customer.
