Cuff Sizing Guide

General Measuring Principles
To size bracelets accurately, the most reliable starting point is a physical measurement of the wrist or hand with a flexible measuring tape or a piece of non-stretch string. Wrap it snugly (not tight) where the piece will sit, mark the overlap, then measure that against a ruler. This gives the true circumference you’ll use to select sizes. This is the method jewelry professionals use and recommend.

For cuffs, measure the wrist circumference where the cuff will rest (just above the wrist bone). Unlike chain bracelets, cuffs are not closed with a clasp, so the fit should be close enough that the cuff does not turn on the wrist but still slides on without forcing.

Fit notes for cuffs:

  • Wider cuffs may feel tighter; consider sizing slightly up for comfort.
  • Cuffs that open slightly can be eased on but shouldn’t be repeatedly bent — this can weaken the metal.
  • Always measure physically; wrist circumference is the core metric for cuffs.

The goal is a fit that does not constrict and doesn’t require force to put on or take off.
