Shipping Policy

3.1 Processing Times

Processing time varies per item category as listed in Section 1.5.


3.2 Shipping Methods

We primarily ship via:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx (by request)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, carrier, and distance.


3.3 Free Shipping Threshold

Free shipping is available when your cart meets or exceeds $150. Though, there is always the option to pay for expedited shipping if you want your items sooner.


3.4 Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.


3.5 Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer address mistakes

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses

  • Return-to-sender fees

If a package returns to us, reshipping costs will be billed to the customer.


3.6 Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Customs (international)

  • Supply shortages

  • Precious-metal sourcing delays


3.7 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says delivered but the package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors/household members

  • Verify the address

  • Contact the carrier

We will assist but cannot refund or replace stolen packages.
